Annie's success as the primary marketing and sales person for Silver Sage Village in Boulder, Colorado, over a four-year period, gives her a broad experience to draw from as a coach to other communities. She developed the know how to market and sell cohousing using both traditional cohousing strategies and non-traditional ways to reach this highly selective market, finalize sales, and retain members through the development process.
